Desde há uns dias, existe no ****, em Informação Geral, a lista de todas as disicplinas do 1º semestre que ainda têm notas por lançar.

Esta lista de disciplinas, nomeia o Responsável porque é assim que é costume ainda que mts vezes não seja este que faz o lançamento de notas mas sim o Regente.

Uma outra questão que, rapidamente perceberão:

1) Existem cadeiras com algumas notas por lançar em muitas já lançadas. Mts vezes são as Melhorias que ainda não foram lançadas, espcilamente qdo os alunos não melhoraram. "Dava jeito" fecharem essas pautas.

2) Estão listadas todas as cadeiras de Projecto e Estágio cujo lançamento, segundo a regra da escola, não está atrasado mas que dava mais trabalho do que outra coisa estar a fazer a query que as excluirira. A elas e outras que têm a mesma característica sem aquela denominação.

3) Finalmente, existem aquelas que estão mesmo por lançar na totalidade ou em número de notas significativo.

Para este último caso era urgente que "regularizassem" a situação, já que o prazo terminou há muito.

Binghamton University

Final course grades will be available online one day after they are received by the Registrar's Office. Grades are due in the Registrar's Office 72 hours after the final exam (or last class, if no final exam is given).


University of Tennessee

The Chancellor has stated that ONLY responsible instructors may enter grades. Because grade entry is now hosted in a web environment, accessibility will be easy: personal computers and laptops are widely available in offices, public libraries, Internet cafes, hotels, airports, etc. After the deadline for online grade entry, grades must be submitted to the Office of the University Registrar on Supplemental Grade Change forms. These forms require the signatures of the instructor and the Department Head, and the reason for the late or changed grade.


University of Wisconsin, Green Bay

All grades will become final and all transcripts from other institutions are due 10 days after grades are recorded (usually three weeks after commencement). If the deadline is not met, the student's name will be removed from the term's graduation list and the student will be required to reapply for graduation. The Registrar's Office will not place a student's name on any future graduation lists unless a new degree application is received from the student.

Students cannot graduate with in progress (IP), incomplete (I) or no report (N) grades, regardless of whether it is in a course that is part of the degree or whether it is in excess of the 120 required to graduate. If credits needed for graduation are being transferred into UW-Green Bay from other institutions, please request that transcripts be sent to the Registrar's Office immediately upon completion of the course.

The degree clearance process takes place two to six weeks after the end of the term.
